Cards and envelopes are shipped in a polybag (smaller bags for orders up to 10 items, larger bags for up to 25) or a box, depending on quantity.

Yes, each item is printed on demand once you place your order, which allows us to offer a wide range of designs without excess waste.

Every card is printed to order by our production partner, so times can vary. As an estimate, most US orders arrive within about 5–15 business days of ordering.

Estimated timeframes:

• Production: usually 2–7 business days, depending on the product and how busy our print partner is.
• US Standard Shipping: typically 3–8 business days in transit; please allow up to 12 business days from the ship date.
• International Shipping: up to 30 business days from the ship date.

Yes, once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 10 business days.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and EU customers also keep their 14-day right of withdrawal. Personalised items can only be returned if something is wrong with them. Please email us first; all details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
