CatholicArtClub is a business registered in the Netherlands and sells and ships worldwide.
How to contact us
Email is the fastest way to reach us. Write to info@catholicartclub.com and a real person will answer, usually within two business days. You can also use the form on our Contact page.
Our written correspondence address is the registered address listed above. Please do not send returns to that address without contacting us first, as returns are handled through our production partner.
Hosting and platform
This website is operated on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify hosts our online store and processes payments on our behalf. All sales and purchases you make are made directly with CatholicArtClub, not with Shopify.
Supervisory and registration details
We sell devotional art objects. This activity is not subject to a licence or professional body registration in the Netherlands, so no supervisory authority or professional title applies.
Our items are sold as printed goods. They are not blessed or consecrated, and we make no religious claim on behalf of any church or ecclesiastical authority.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, product photography, graphics, layout, typography and design, is owned by CatholicArtClub or its licensors and is protected by Dutch, EU and international copyright and trade mark law.
Many of our designs are inspired by or adapted from classical religious artwork in the public domain. Our rights cover our own edition of such a work, meaning our photography, restoration, layout, typography and design, and not the underlying historic work itself. Original illustrations and significant creative adaptations belong to CatholicArtClub.
You may use this website and the products you buy for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, republishing, reselling, scanning or digitising our designs or site content requires our prior written permission. Full terms are set out in Article 14 of our Terms of Service.
If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, write to info@catholicartclub.com with details of the material and of your claim, and we will look into it promptly.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Even so, it may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Where we cancel an order for this reason, we refund you in full.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is wrong, please tell us first. Send your complaint to info@catholicartclub.com, described fully and clearly. We aim to answer within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint needs more time, we confirm receipt within 14 days and tell you when to expect a full response.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers in the European Union can contact their national consumer authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body, and can find help through the European Consumer Centre in their country.
Applicable law
This website and these notices are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you habitually live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
